- Anyone complained about the MS word files yet? It cant be opened with out the user having MS Office which aint cheap. PDFs have free readers to edit them – would you want to change these to pdf’s?
- The files need to be named in a more in such a way that they follow a format and reference origin(hcec) type of document (form, questionaire, etc.) and then name and perhaps version or year. it would be best if they all had a sentence or two describing what they were on the download page as well… Something like this…

This is quick and dirty butlets say the group on the top is GROUP 1 – A category called Patient with only some of the files in that category so it could be put on a seperate page.
This one is a category called ALL which of course has all the files in it.
